Hostile Aggressive
	- Sherman Tanks - hostile, aggressive, and pushy
		o Stand up to the person but not in a hostile way.
			- "Mr. X, you interrupted me."
		o Be forceful.
	- Snipers – uses sarcasm, jokes, and rolling of eyes
		o Confront the sarcasm and ask if the person meant it.
		o Get group consensus on the criticism from the sniper.
	- Exploders - temper tantrums
		o Let them know that you take them seriously.
			- "This is really important, and I want to hear every word you
			  have to say, but not this way."
		o Take a break.
		
Indecisive Staller
	- Postpones and beat around the bush
	- Help him solve the problem and follow through on his progress.

Complainer
	- Loves to whine about the problem instead of fixing them
	- Don't agree or apologize, or you end up reinforcing his whining.
	- Engage him in problem-solving.

Negativist
	- Always feels hopeless
	- Explore the problems before you explore the solutions.

Balloon
	-Think-They-Know-It-Alls
		o Don't pay much attention to this person.
		o Don't try to embarass him, but confront him to break the cycle.

Bulldozer
	- Know-It-All Experts
		o You need to be an expert yourself.
		o Respect and acknowledge.
		o Have him mentor you.
